Portfolio Sector

Selected Work

A focused selection of self-directed and academic work centered on UX systems, interface design, and frontend execution. The projects here are included because they show how I frame problems, structure information, and turn design thinking into working artifacts.

SELF-INITIATEDHIRING-FACINGDESIGN TO CODESIGNAL OVER FILLER

FOCUS

Systems-heavy UX, interface prototyping, and information design

STRENGTHS

Interaction framing, visual hierarchy, frontend implementation

CONTEXT

Self-directed and academic work presented with hiring-facing clarity

Featured Work

GAME UX / PROTOTYPE // 2025-2026

nu-Eden Prototype Interface Suite

Role: UX design, systems framing, frontend implementation

A multi-screen interaction prototype used to test combat, world, and narrative UX before full production. It demonstrates how I translate abstract systems into readable interface flows.

Screen-to-screen interaction architecture
Consistent visual system across multiple gameplay contexts
Design decisions implemented directly in code
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE // 2026

Game Design Documentation Layer

Role: Content structure, documentation UX, presentation design

A documentation layer designed for review, not just storage. It turns dense design material into something another designer, recruiter, or collaborator can scan quickly and understand.

Large information sets organized into navigable sections
Clear separation between design intent and lore/archive material
Portfolio-focused documentation framing
DESIGN TO CODE // 2026

nuEden.verse Portfolio Platform

Role: Visual design, frontend engineering, content systems

The site itself is part of the portfolio. Its routing, visual hierarchy, and page framing are designed to present work clearly while still carrying a distinct voice.

Custom visual language instead of template UI
Cross-page navigation and content hierarchy design
Frontend implementation of the design system

Case Study Tracks

CASE STUDY TRACK // 2025-2026

nu-Eden Prototype Interface Suite

Open Source Page
Challenge

Show a large game interface surface area without hiding behind static mockups or disconnected screens.

Contribution

Defined the information hierarchy, interaction language, and visual rules, then implemented the prototype directly in the frontend.

Outcome

The result is a navigable UX artifact that makes systems thinking legible in a portfolio context.

Expansion Path

Expand this into a fuller case study with flow breakdowns, decision tradeoffs, and before/after screen logic.

CASE STUDY TRACK // 2026

Game Design Documentation Layer

Open Source Page
Challenge

Present dense game-design material in a way that supports evaluation instead of overwhelming the reader.

Contribution

Structured the content architecture, clarified section boundaries, and framed documentation as a communication tool rather than a dump.

Outcome

This makes design intent easier to review and gives the broader project stronger portfolio utility.

Expansion Path

Turn this into a deeper writing sample focused on information architecture and communication design.

CASE STUDY TRACK // 2026

nuEden.verse Portfolio Platform

Open Source Page
Challenge

Build a portfolio platform that feels authored while still remaining readable and evaluable by other people.

Contribution

Designed the visual system, structured the routes, and implemented the presentation layer in Next.js.

Outcome

The site now works as both a portfolio container and a direct example of product-minded frontend execution.

Expansion Path

Expand the platform with deeper case-study routes and clearer hiring-facing summaries for each project area.

Portfolio Positioning

This page is intentionally selective. It is built to surface judgment, craft, and implementation range quickly instead of inflating the work with weak filler.

The new case-study track format creates a stable structure for deeper breakdowns later: problem, contribution, outcome, and what gets expanded next.

The strongest evidence remains the same: design translated into working interfaces, clearer documentation, and frontend systems that can actually be navigated and evaluated.
