Tariq al-Nassar is the Director of Arcanis Industries — the conglomerate that manufactures the weapons, military hardware, and logistical infrastructure underpinning every armed conflict in nu-Eden. He doesn't think he's fuelling wars. He thinks he's maintaining equilibrium.

Arcanis Industries is the backbone of nu-Eden's military-industrial complex. Every bullet fired, every mech deployed, every supply chain that feeds The Triad, C.I.D.E, and nERF alike ultimately traces back to Arcanis Industries contracts. Tariq al-Nassar represents the final arc — Season 7's Tribula — the culmination of wrath unleashed when every other sin has been exhausted.

Tariq is the last Director for a reason. Not because he's the weakest — because he's the most patient.

Every other sin exhausts itself. Gluttony consumes. Lust consumes. Sloth decays. Envy cannibalises. Greed hoards until there's nothing left to take. Pride breaks when confronted with failure. But wrath? Wrath waits. It watches every other system fail, catalogues what survived, and then arrives with the invoice.

His Ground/Metal dual type tells the truth about him: he is the earth and the weapons pulled from it. Tariq al-Nassar doesn't create conflict — he creates the conditions where conflict is inevitable, then sells the means to prosecute it. Every side of every war in nu-Eden carries Arcanis Industries hardware. This isn't a contradiction. It's a business model. Tariq is inspired by General Hux (Star Wars). His design is utilitarian authority — the visual language of military power rendered as fashion.
