//Morihoshi (守星区)

Morihoshi is the northern ward of nu-Eden, a fortress of science and military authority. The name (守星, "guarding star") reflects the ward's dual nature — Syntera's biotech research campus and OrdoPrimus's military command installations coexist in an uneasy symbiosis. Access is restricted; outsiders are unwelcome.

▸Geography

Morihoshi occupies the northern edge of nu-Eden, bordering the Draconis Border Wall. The ward spans Cloud and Stacks levels, with little Heap presence — what lies beneath Morihoshi is classified. The architecture is brutalist and functional: reinforced concrete, blast-resistant walls, and decontamination checkpoints at every entrance.

• ▪Syntera Biozone — The sprawling biotech research campus. Pristine white labs, containment pods, and the Neumora production facilities. The air smells of antiseptic and ozone.
• ▪OrdoPrimus Citadel — The fortified governance and military command centre. Courthouses, elite military barracks, and the C.I.D.E central headquarters. Architecture as intimidation.
• ▪The Northern Wall — The section of the Draconis Border Wall that Morihoshi maintains. 500 metres of fortified concrete, automated defence turrets, and constant military patrols.
• ▪Quarantine Zone 7 — A sealed district where Abaddon virus research continues. Rumoured to contain live specimens — both viral and Aberrant.

▸Culture

Morihoshi has no culture in any meaningful sense. Residents are military personnel, researchers, and support staff — all operating under strict protocols. Social interaction is regulated; recreational activities are scheduled and monitored. The ward's aesthetic is clinical efficiency.

The nERF considers Morihoshi one of the most dangerous wards to infiltrate. Team Metanoia's operations here during Act III required months of preparation, and casualties were significant.
