A veteran support operative and mother of two Avanza members. Aoi serves as the backbone of Avanza's sustained operations, combining fairy-type resilience with cyber-enhanced triage capabilities. Her protective stance extends beyond the medical bay—she is the emotional anchor of the team, balancing the raw aggression of frontline operatives with tactical grounding and care.

As both veteran and parent within nERF, she carries the weight of legacy. Her children's emergence into the conflict that defined her own youth represents both continuation and haunting cyclicality. She fights to ensure they survive what she did—and hopefully to a purpose greater than mere survival.

Aoi operates with a quiet certainty born from decades of operational experience. She is neither impressed nor alarmed—just methodical. Her demeanor reads as calming under pressure, which makes her an ideal focal point during chaotic missions. Where others panic, Aoi calibrates. Where others hesitate, she acts.

Despite her composed exterior, there is maternal intensity beneath. Her protective instincts toward younger operatives are both her greatest strength and her most dangerous liability. She will sacrifice mission parameters for unit safety, and nERF command knows it.

Aoi serves as Avanza's senior triage officer and a steady institutional presence within the Old Guard. Across the nine-team coalition she organizes sustained-field medical operations, coordinates casualty evacuation and supply rotation, and mentors junior medics across teams. Within Old Guard strategy sessions she acts as the stabilizing voice—prioritising unit cohesion and survivability over flashy or risky gambits. In-group her persona is maternal and pragmatic: she calms volatile teammates, enforces discipline through care, and consistently volunteers for the hardest, least-glamorous tasks.
