▸Team Profile
Where Lumicon hits hard, Retronyx haunts. Their operations leave no physical trace — just scrambled signals, corrupted feeds, and the lingering feeling that something was there. Tristan's spectral nature sets the tone: Retronyx fights from the in-between.
Tristan Fourier — "Eidolon"
Tristan died in a failed revolt and came back as a spectral entity. Now he channels that post-mortem rage through ghost-type berserker combat. His abilities phase him through solid matter and allow devastating spectral strikes.
Fabian bin Omar — "Monolith"
A former seismic engineer who underwent petrification therapy after a near-fatal maborite incident. Fabian controls rock and terrain with geologist's precision, reshaping the battlefield into fortified control zones.
Renata Chiara Velasco — "Resonata"
A street musician who survived a sonic collapse event in nu-Eden's lower wards. Renata's Reso-Synth rhythm mechanic translates music into weaponised sound waves — every combat encounter is a performance.
Giselle Beckett — "Reactra"
An ex-Syntera chem-botanist turned field commander. Giselle's poison/fire hybrid abilities create toxic fire zones that deny terrain and corrode enemy defences over time.
Hiroyuki Maekawa — "Azuron"
Drowned in a failed exosuit trial, Hiroyuki was recovered and reborn as a dark-water hybrid marksman. His precision shots carry the weight of deep-sea pressure and shadow-infused hydromancy.
Trivia
Team etymology: "Retronyx" is a fusion of "retro," referencing their broadcast and signal disruption abilities, and "onyx," a gemstone associated with protection and grounding — reflecting their role as the nERF's covert infiltrators who destabilize from the shadows.
